Backup and restore

Open Monela settings and choose Backups. Export the ZIP to a private location. Before restoring, export current records. Select a supported ZIP or older JSON, review the preview and confirm replacement. Older JSON backups do not contain photos.

What to include in a message

Include the app version, OS version, device model and steps to reproduce. Redact financial details from screenshots. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, PINs, recovery codes or backup archives in an initial message.
